SecKit HCI Solutions collects personal information primarily through direct inquiry and voluntary consultation requests. This data includes your name, corporate email address, and specific details regarding your Voice User Interface (VUI) project needs.
During HCI Verification tasks, we may process acoustic telemetry. Unlike algorithmic automation tools, our processing is limited to specific human factors metrics: latency analysis, error rates, and cognitive load assessment. We do not use user voice data for voice cloning or biometric identification.
